Have you ever had Sprinkles Cupcakes? My sister-in-law and brother go to this bakery in Beverly Hills and buy them when they can so for my birthday they sent me the mix so I can try them. I apparently lost my ability to read because I put in too much butter when mixing the cupcakes but they were great. I will have to make the Red Velvet ones this weekend!

Elizabeth--they were very good, they would had been better had I not doubled the butter, but the frosting was to die for! My husband ate most of them and he is not a sweets person!
