Rachael Ray's Mom's Spaghetti!

So I used almost every dish in my kitchen--well a slight exaggeration--3 different pots, 2 baking sheets, a variety of spoons and other utensils, and our food processor--and quite a mess when my sauce boiled over! But it was so worth it, I have been looking for a good homemade spaghetti sauce and I might have found it. The recipes are a little long so I put links. And sorry no pictures--it was a frenzied food preparation and way too good to stop and take pictures!

I really enjoyed the spaghetti. Leftover were great tasting last night.
